Why do you offer 3 free trials on the Ceragem massage bed? What’s the catch?
We realize this type of treatment is new to most first time users. We believe it takes multiple sessions to experience the benefit. Just like exercise, one session is not enough. Consistency is key! We give 3 one hour sessions* on our beds to all new clients without any obligations to buy anything. We are confident that doing so will allow you to see for yourself.
*We recommend using them on consecutive days or within a couple weeks.
What are my options after my Ceragem free trial?
You have 3 options for the Ceragem thermal massagers after 3 free trials. You can purchase your own unit for at-home use, in-house payment plans or financing options available. The next option is a monthly rental. Limited units available. Lastly, you can continue to use the Ceragem beds. Both pay-as-you-go and monthly membership options are available. Book 1 hr sessions throughout the week.
Why do I have to buy a 1 gallon bag if it is a Kangen Water free trial?
Buying the BPA bags are necessary to refill Kangen Water because it helps us keep track of those on the 30 Day trial. They will be labeled with your name and start date. Plus, they’re convenient and easy to transport. Refilling daily for 30 days is absolutely free!
What are my options after my Kangen Water 30 Day free trial?
You have 3 options for the Kangen Water units after the 30 Day free trial. You can purchase your own unit for at-home use, in-house payment plans or financing options available. The next option is a monthly rental. Limited units available. Lastly, you can continue to pick up water at our locations with a $60 Savings Plan. Payment of $60 per month up to 12 months will save $720 totally. Full savings amount accumulated can be 100% reimbursed towards the purchase of any Kangen Water unit.
When will I see benefits/results from using Ceragem or Kangen Water?
We often relate the use of these products to exercise. Exercise is beneficial and results may vary. Based on our customer and our own experience, we know that consistent use will offer the best results. We think that if you use the bed or drink the water daily then you will see results in 2-3 weeks. Working out once could be great but it’s regularly working out that makes a change for the better!
Are there any side effects to using Ceragem or Kangen Water?
Think exercising again! Working out the first time often leads to some soreness a day or two after. Depending on your existing condition will determine how you feel when you get started.
Often people will enjoy the initial experience or the start of the trial but some people may experience “healing” responses. The specific responses or detoxing effect may vary person to person. They are always temporary (contact us to discuss). The more you continue to stick with the regiment, the sooner you will get through any “healing” response or reaction as your body changes.
What are your refund & exchange policies?
Since we offer an opportunity to trial the massage beds and Kangen water, typically, consumers that order the units know they want it.
As high-ticket items, we have a strict return policy on used units. Enagic (supplier of Kangen Water units) allows returns with a $100 fee for unopened units. A 15% restocking fee for opened units within 15 days of receiving the product. All Ceragem massager sales are FINAL.
